As a general rule, service level agreements are often used to demonstrate, as two parties have agreed that a specific service (generally, but not necessarily related to IT) is provided by one party to another party and the standards or levels at which the service is provided. May leave the organization but not leave the model, because if the person leaves the organization, their responsibilities (roles) must continue to be reflected in the service model to ensure that the task is completed. The Service Level Agreement expands the definition of service from the service catalogue and defines detailed service level targets, mutual responsibilities and other service-specific requirements provided to a particular (group) (s). The emphasis is on defining requirements from the customer`s point of view. A multi-level ALS structure is often used to avoid duplication and reduce the frequency of updates, as in the following example of a three-tiered SLA structure: the solution architecture is essential for a computer project, as architecture defines both the requirements and the standard structure model of each computer system. In RAPID, a computer system is the view of the computer technology of a computer component. In the same spirit, the company requires you to set budgets that serve as the it-business perspective of a RAPID IT component. RAPID helps you use templates to connect your computer systems with each of the business components you define. Although the ITSM, for example, provides advice on the management of IT services, it is not explained how an IT services organization should define the different technology services (for example. B directory services or e-mail services).

To meet this need, RAPID uses a simple description of architecture to define the relationship between business requirements and the technological structure of a computer solution (see Figure 4.2). At a simplified level, network and Internet service providers use ALS to describe the minimum service they are willing to commit to. At a more useful level, ALS is used between independent organizations and between divisions of the same organization as an effective means of defining the relationship between the two organizations. Definition: The Service Level Agreement (SLA) is an agreement between an IT service provider and a customer. The Operational Level Agreement (OLA) is an agreement between an IT service provider and another part of the same organization that regulates the provision of an infrastructure service.
